HELP FOR FRANK
Frank was born on January 19, 2007 as a premature baby in the 30th week of pregnancy weighing only 1 kg. Immediately after birth, he was diagnosed with a septum pellucidum cyst in the brain, which led to drooping of the eyelid, and then to surgery on the left levator eyelid muscle.
He also struggled with retinopathy of prematurity, where he was later diagnosed with hyperopia and astigmatism in both eyes. Also due to his low birth weight he had to undergo 4 surgeries.
Around the age of 4, Frank was diagnosed with bilateral sensorineural hearing loss of moderate degree and has been using hearing aids since the diagnosis. In the year 2023, Franciszek was diagnosed with hypopituitarism and treatment has since followed.
Franek is under the constant care of the Audiological, Phoniatric, Endocrinological, Neurological, Genetic, Ophthalmological and Urological clinics.
We are asking you for help for our son Frank, who has been fighting bravely with every diagnosis since birth.
